Dog Walking Subscription
Do I have to pay the subscription even if I am on vacation or the dog is in heat?
Yes, in the time of absence your place will be reserved, so that your dog can continue to romp in his usual pack after the vacation.
Is there a period of notice?
Yes, the cancellation period is 1 month. You have to give notice at the latest on the last day of the current month so that the notice becomes effective at the end of the following month.
Can I change between the subscriptions?
Yes, if you need our service more often, you can upgrade to several days per week (if space is available). The upgrade will be applied in the following month.If you want to reduce to less days per week, this must be announced 1 month in advance and will take effect in the following month. Furthermore, you can downgrade a maximum of 2 times a year.
Can I pause the subscription?
No, because we can not reserve your place.
Can I deduct the bill?

Can I spontaneously book additional days?
Yes, each additional day is charged with 35€ extra.
What are our admission requirements?

How old does my dog have to be at least to run?
Your dog must be at least 6 months old
What commands does my dog need to know?
Your dog must be able to master the basic commands of sit and down and recall
What happens if it's raining or snowing outside, does the walk still take place?
Yes, but in winter we do our job daily depending on the weather (such as black ice, etc.) so as not to endanger the lives of the dogs and ours. The owners will be informed in the morning if we decide the weather conditions are too bad to go.
How many dogs are in the pack?
The pack usually consists of 12 dogs, deviations from 1-2 dogs more or less are possible.
How are the dogs transported?
The dogs are transported in a specially equipped and air-conditioned car with windows.
Which districts do you serve?
We pick up dogs from Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. We'll keep you up to date when other parts of the city come along.
How long is my dog in the car?
The journey to Grunewald takes about 1.5 -2 hours in total, depending on the traffic situation.
What happens when you/we are on vacation?
If your dog goes on vacation, you must notify us at least 1 week in advance. If we are on vacation, you will be informed at least 3 weeks in advance. A substitute will be provided by arrangement.
Dog Training
How do I know which course or training is right for me and my dog?
Before the course or training starts, we have the initial consultation/anamnesis, where the course or training steps are explained in detail and we consider together if it is the right thing for you and your dog.
Where does the group training "Good Boy" & "Recall/ Free-Running Training" take place?
- The group training sessions take place either in the Jungfernheide dog exercise area or in the Tiergarten. We decide the exact location together after booking.
Is there a minimum number of participants for the group courses?
- Yes, at least two participants must be registered.
What happens if I cannot attend the training classes within six weeks?
Since all training dates are set together in advance, individual dates that are missed for personal reasons cannot be made up. If your dog is sick, we will look for an alternative date if the other participants agree.
Do the courses take place in any weather?
As a rule, the courses take place. If it rains heavily or is much too cold, the date will be postponed.
Does the course take place in a fenced area?
No. The lessons take place in a öffentlichen, but quieter place. The dogs are leashed or on a drag line during the training. The exercises are performed on the leash.
Where will the Social Walk take place?
The Social Walk will take place in Jungfernheide. The exact Treffpunkt will be announced about two weeks before the course starts.
Is there a minimum number of participants for the Social Walk?
Yes, at least four people must be registered.
How to pay?
You can pay either in cash at the first appointment, by Paypal or by bank transfer.After the booking request you will receive either the IBAN data or the PayPal account.
What is the cancellation period?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the course starts. Later cancellations will be charged in full.

How long does it take to finish the photos?
The pictures are usually ready in about a week and you will be notified by e-mail.
When is the best time for a shoot?
The most beautiful light for a shooting that takes place outside, you get around sunset. We will clarify more details with you during a preliminary meeting.
What do you have to keep in mind when shooting?
Your dog's well-being comes first. Your dog should be healthy and in good shape at the shooting. Whether senior or young dog, we respond individually to needs. Together we will make the shooting stress-free and beautiful. It is an advantage if your dog knows some basic commands like "sit", "down" and "stay", but of course this is not a must. For outdoor shoots, places like forests, meadows, fields or even a lake are suitable. Together we will find the perfect place for our shooting. In order for your dog to look into the camera with a perfect sparkle in his eyes and pricked up ears, favorite toys and treats are very welcome.
